For orders with destination outside of Romania, the only accepted payment method is credit/debit card.

All orders with destination in Romania are shipped by SameDay.

Shipping within Romania is free of charge (0 RON).

Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you the AWB number by email so you can track your shipment.

For orders with destination outside of Romania, please contact us to know more details about the delivery options and the related costs.

Return Policy

We equally value MAMA OF PEALRS creations and our customers' satisfaction with every purchase from us.

That's why you can return any Be Mary product free of charge within 14 calendar days from the time of delivery or pick-up.

The jewelry purchased from the online store will be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and unused, accompanied by all purchase documents.

If the jewelry shows obvious signs of damage or wear, returns will not be accepted.

If the product has a damaged packaging or has no packaging, the product cannot be returned.

The amount will be returned on the same card you used to pay your order. If your order was paid cash on delivery, please send us the bank account details to which you wish to receive your money back.

The delivery costs will not be returned.

Return shipping costs are at customer’s charge.
